Voice origination over IP

I have a cisco 2621 equipment, I want to do voice origination, I have been reviewing [Multiflex VWIC-2MFT-E1] a piece of equipment I found on the Cisco site but surprisingly, it appears cheaper than believable to me. Would anybody please give me some advice on any other piece of hardware that I may need to accomplish my task?
