W2K Unattended Installations

I have been tasked to learn how to do w2k unattended installations. I’ve figured out “how” to do them but have hit a wall and can’t find an answer. I have found that unless you partitian the drive (I use fdisk) and format the drive (fat or ntfs) that automations stops when it comes to selecting “which partition to install onto”. If I format the partitian first, no problems, everything runs smoothly. Any ideas? Also, does anyone know of any GOOD resources for learning how to run unattended installations. I’m starting at the bottom and working my way up to Remote Access Installations, but I’m finding the resources at MS are lacking. Thanks.
