web cam want install

ok i hvae an intelUSB CS330 web cam and for some reason evertime i plug it in it starts a up the hard ware wizard on win98 and it ask to intall drivers for a intel CS331 i even went and DL those drivers still not working it starts asking for files that are not in the driver DL and i cant find a virus any where on a scan well if anyone knows what this is ?
