Web publishing from MS FrontPage 2000

Appreciate some guide on how to publish a web created on MS FrontPage 2000 to a web hosting site, example: freeservers.com or tripod.com .
Had try and encounter ‘Authors’ error ? – any idea what went wrong ? appreciate guidance.
