Web sites for IT questions

I want to compile a list of web sites for my tech’s to use in troubleshooting various IT related problems and questions. I’d like sites that give information on a variety of subjects. For example if I want to know how to ban a specific email address from my Exchange server, it would be nice to have a resource to ask. Thanks in advance.
