Weird Noise

Just this morning, I had to restart my computer. When it came back on, a unrecognizable siren noise started. I was wondering if this problem has occured to others. The board and processor is AMD, if that is helpful. It noise wouldn’t stop that time until I restarted the computer. The second the computer was restarted, the noise started again, but only for about 30 seconds. Could something be loose? I would appreciate some help on this one.
