What is aVxD Fatal Error?

Recently,I received numerous “Fatal Errors” with a “BLUE SCREEN”…that is a “VxD” error.
My OS is as follows:
Intel CeleronII,128MG Ram,Windows Me,20G hard drive,cable modem,Norton Antivirus.
Other software….Ram Idle,Kremlin,etc.
I do NOT runall this software at once!!
