What is DMICT32.DLL ?

I have a Dynamic Link Library that is missing from my system, it only occurs at the time of booting and is user interactive by an OK. I have searched 2 big .DLL archives and none had this file. From there I went to Microsoft’s support and there wasn’t any listing for the file. It’s not imperative to get rid of it since its causing no malicious doings, but the anoyance factor is about 10!
