What is wrong with this board

I need some help with my new Motherboard
it is a PVK7 slot A with a AMD 900 256 pc133 and i can get it to stay alive for more then 10 min and then it just locks up with no reason no errors i look in the Device manager and every thing seems to be working so i dont know if you can help let m know
