What should I do?

My laptop got a virus called Wyx. I followed the instruction of my anti-virus scanner Macfee to get rid of it. but it did work. then I recovered my window(98 2nd), still no use. could you tell me what I should do to eradicate thevirus? thank U very much in advance.
