what should i do about Dll file problems

I have a win xp O/S and for quite a few days now
i have had a reaccuring problem. When i boot up
it takes a very long time to load my personal
settings. as soon as they are loaded (personal settings) a small window pops up and another directly behind the first. the top one says the following init script file doesnot exist…
the one under that says no Dll Dll1 3rd digit is one/ Dllone
