What’s with my monitor?#*%$

I have a problem! I have a monitor that, no matter what I’ve tried I cannot resolve. The monitor is:DIGIAL(pc4xv-b2) SN(tc10331024)OR(tc11631024) FCCID(acj928kmx-f405a).
I don’t really know how to explain it other than the monitor bleeds. I had a thought that it might be a refresh rate conflict but so far I’ve had no luck whatsoever in resolving this. If it helps I’m running a P166 with win95b with 64megs ram.
Please help stop my bleeding!!!!!!!!
