Where can I get non success stories

Hi there !

In order to convince a customer of the need of consulting (this particular case is a NT to W2K migration) I would like to find out non-success stories (“see, if those guys had consulting, this wouldn’t happen” kind of stuff).

Can anyone refer me to some stories, articles and/or sites containing non-success stories ??
