Where is my keyboard

I recently combined the contents of several older computers in an attempt to come up with one I could used as a dedicated voice mail system and extra CDRom drives and hard drives to be accessed by network connection. I installed Win95 and all seemed ok, except my keyboard won’t work. During startup, the lights on the keyboard blink when I hit the on switch and twice during the startup process but there is absolutely no response after the system is started. The mouse works fine, but it is hard to try anything else without a keyboard. Does anyone have any ideas?????
