Which degree?

Well I’ve taken a few certifications and I’m gaining more experience with my own business… however I want to finish my degree. Which degree is more respected, carries clout…a BS Computer Science or BS in Computer Information Systems?
I have todecide in the next few days as none of the classes cross over between the majors.
