People complain about one person (GIJoe – a.k.a. that other alias – you all know who, but no one has called by her “real” alias) posting nonsense answers just to initiate the auto-close feature to accumulate tech points unfairly and nothing happens.
I posted nonsense answers (some time ago) to initiate the auto-close feature and I became “a branded man”. I lost my name and became a number. Mama tried to raise me better but her pleading I denied, so there’s only me to blame ’cause Mama tried. So I’m stuck in cyber prison, and time keeps rollin’ on.
When I did it, I was called dishonest and unprofessional. When someone else does it, they’re called to the dinner table.
Sure, the TechRepublic “Webmaster” told me that he (she) was not singling me out, and that any complaints about Tech Point abuse would have the same results as my banishment. I suppose the “Webmaster” lies about other things too.
Oh well, who ever said that life was fair?
So this is me, a branded man out in the cold, signing into and out from TechRepublic for the final time.
Here are all those tech points I accumulated unfairly. If I do (or am allowed to) sign back in one more time, I’ll just give them all back to whoever leaves a good answer. (I guess a glitch let it happen this time? I used to be turned away when I tried to sign in.)
