Who’s jr_IT_guy and what’s his problem?

there’s someone on TechRepublic that believe’s everyone has a local super hero. I know we all have our peers we look to for suggestions, but I don’t have a local super hero, most question come to me, not from me.
So who is jr_IT_guy, and why does he keep answering every question with go ask your local super hero? is he the guy that thinks he knows everything, yet knows nothing, and can barely spell computer?
