To whom it may concern:
This is a very strange problem that I have come across. A user in our network has been having problems saving files. When she is in Word ’97 and she tries to save a file to her hard drive, it tells her she does not have enough space to save her file. When I go and check the space on her hard drive, she has like 1.25 GB available. So then we tried to save the file to the network and a floppy disk and got the same message. Now, she is unable to save anything sheworks on. I did notice that one of our servers has only 33 MB available of free space, but that doesn’t make any sense to me why she wouldn’t be able to save to her hard drive or floppy. (She’s running Win95 just to let you know.) PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P.
