Win 2000

2 questions:

1. My computer keeps reminding me that there is not a disk in my cd rom and floppy drives and won’t let up until I put a disk – any disk in the drive. It started with just my floppy on startup but now it is my cdroms. It says “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive F:” and the box is called Windows-No Disk. I have a current update of McAfee running and have no virus.

2. Is there a program like msconfig for win2000 so I can close some of my startup items?
