win 2000 errors on start-up…

Get these errors on crashed Fujitsu Laptop:

1) originally it said could not find:
…system32\drivers\rasL2tp.sys

on cold re-boot…I get:

2)..windows could not load because the following file is missing or corrupt:
…system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Can I reload these files…if “yes”, what is the procedure? Thx for any help..
