Win 95/98/98SE and MSOffice 2000

When you load MSOffice onto a system
with any of the above OS, It starts
dumping: fffff0016 0KB TMP
under the windows directory. These temp files can cause a number of things in the computer or laptop to go wrong.
( System keeps freezing, can’t print,
can’t save attachments in email, performance really slows down )

Solution:

Start > Run
Type: regedit
When using the registry…Always use caution.

Go to HKey_Local Machine
Software
Microsoft Windows
Current Version
Run Services

Select: Machine Debugger mdm.exe
Right Click and Delete

Next: Open up IE 5.0 or Higher
Go To the Toolbar and Select the Advanced Tab.

Check the box that says: Disable Script Debugging

This prevents the key in the registry from coming back.
