Win 98 p2p ntwk: Unable to browse ntwk

We set up 3 Dell Optiplex p100s with 3Com onboard nics as a network using a 10 mbps hub, NETBEUI, TCP/IP, 3Com adapter, windows logon, file and print sharing and ICS. Network neighborhood click gets error message “Unable to browse the network” and we can’t determine why. Windows 95 was first upgraded to 98 on all machines. AOL works fine on its machine.
