win XP mboard graphics card problem

Failure to boot from WinXP Corporate CD when running it on a Abit KT7 m?board (latest Bios, KT-64) with new ASUS V8200 Geforce 3 Ti 200 graphics card installed (works OK if I replace card with older ASUS V6800 256 Geforce DDR video card).
