Win2K and 0x0000007B Error

I have a client who installed IomegaWare for his internal Zip drive on a Dell machine running Win2K. Upon rebooting he is getting a STOP: 0x0000007B, Inaccessable_Boot_Device error. He didn’t make an ERD. I tried different Safe Mode options including Command Prompt. Same thing. Even tried Last Known Good. Same thing. Checked TechNet. No help. I disabled all IDE devices in CMOS except the hard drive. Still no good. Any ideas? Dell recommended a parallel install of Win2K. I have to believethere is a way to repair whatever is messed up.
