Win95 HD Compression

I have win95. I did the hard drive compression. Now I am receiving an error: FSHLP.SYS doesn’t recognized win.com. Boots only to a c: prompt in dos will not go into windows95. The hard drive is now compressed.

Need help extracting files.

Please give me step by step procedure.
