Win95 Screen saver not starting

We have a Windows 95 system that the Screen Saver will no run on logon. But if you go to proprities, screen saver and click on “OK” it then works fine till reboot and stops working again and you have to redo the properities thing again. Any ideas ason how to fix this problem? It sounds like a reg. issue but I’m not sure where to look for the setting or of it will hold once set. Thank You
