System specs:AMD K6 450 processor
32MB RAM
100 MHz integrated mainboard
Operating System: Windows 98
Hard Drive: 10.2GB
Question: Whenever Microsft Word is opened the following error message is reported:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO9.DLL at 016f:308c3257.

I have tried the following to resolve the issue: swapping memory chips; adding memory chips; a minimum reinstallation of Microsoft Office 2000; reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling Office; reduced the processor speed; even a low level format!
What can you all suggest that would resolve this issue given all the above details. It should be noted that the issue occurs only with Word as all the other applications of the Office Suite can be accessed.
