Win98 Network Password Change Notice

I’m looking for information regarding the usage of Password Change
Notification using Windows 98. I have found information using a WindowsNT
4.0 Domain for WinNT Workstation and Win95, but none for Win98. Is there
information available that lets me how to set the notification period for
this operating system?
