Win98 problem

I’m using a DELL PC, OS:WIN98.
This problem occurs intermitten. When I do not use the PC for a while, instead of asking me to enter the screen saver password, it prompt me to enter my network password to log into the LAN. As if the PC has restarted by itself, but it did not.

Anyone can help.
