Windows 2000 and PDA’s

I installed Windows 2000 Pro , configured with 2 power users, installed Handspring Visor PDA software. Works if I log on as an administrator, but not if I log on as a power user. The error message is: Error: invalid configuration-Terminating the Palm Desktop. Help!!!! I checked everywhere i knew without much success. All help is appreciated. Thanks much.
