Windows 2000 DHCP

I just moved my DHCP server to a Windows 2000 machine. In NT 4, there is an option to ping the proposed address a specified number of times before it will lease it out to another machine. Is there a way to do it in Windows 2000 DHCP? I’m sure it’s simple. Thanks for your help.
