Windows 2000 Help!

Hi everyone, I would appreciate any and/all feedback to this. I get a C:\WINNT/SYSTEM32\CONFIG.NT error with the following message ” They system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and MS Windows applications. I previously had Win98 on here, but formatted the hard disk and installed Windows 2000. Everything changed over to NTFS, but I can’t seem to find this file, even through DOS.
