Windows 2000 Install Problems-HELP!

When i first tried to install Win2000 on an empty Hard Disk, the entire process would complete, reboot, and then detect for hardware. From there on, it continuously reboots!! It reboots at different points in the install. Can anyone help?? I need tonetwork this computer so I can practice for MCSE..any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
