windows 2000 pro reboot !?

windows 2000 pro keeps wanting to reboot !?

,iv got k2000 installed & all drives converted to NTFS ,

however must be problem,cause after converted , k2 keeps wanting to reboot,

like 4 x in a row “wins has installed new devices & mustrestart”

this didnt happen,when i first installed K2000,not till i converted to NTFS?
