Windows 95 compression

I have win95. I used disk compression on my HD. After I did it the PC is now saying error: FSHLP.SYS and doesn’t recognize the win.com. It will only boot to a c: prompt in dos. The Hard Drive is now compressed.

Can someone give me help step by step what I am going to need to do.
