Windows 98 /95 Networking- Browsing Prob

I have networked 10 computers (98/95) and found out that whenever I browse using the Network Neighborhood, the list of computers showing up that are networked together doesn’t stays the same. Sometimes it shows all of the 10 computers and sometimes 8, 6 or only five computers available on the network.
It seems to me that there is a broadcasting, connections or browsing problem on the network and I don’t know which one. Please help.
