Windows 98SE

I tried to upgrade to Windows 98SE to resolve some problems and recieved a message that a file (dc120.dll)could not be found. (This might have been my problem all along) Where can I get this file. My copy of 98 came with an HP computer and I can’t locate it on the “Recovery Disc” without reloaading a bunch of junk.
