Windows ME – Blue Screen Of Death

I keep getting a OE VRDIR……NDIS BSOD on a machine running Windows ME. How do I go about troubleshooting the problem. The computer’s operator says they are not doing anything significant when this screen appears.

Once you bypass the BSOD, thecomputer is then disconnected from the network, but still working locally.

Any solutions?
