Windows NT 4.0- Lock Workstation

about 5 users in my remote branch office tell me that after they hit ctrl/alt/del to lock their workstations….their workstaions get unlocked automatically after a period of time. And this is happening INTERMITTENTLY.
Anyone ever seen this??
