Windows XP and Web Server SW ?

Does anyone know if the web servers IIS or PWS exist in Windows XP and XP Home Edition.

Seems to be missing although I can find IIS.DLL and IIS.INF. I compared this to Windows 2000 servers, many more IIS*.* files.

This is important for me as I sometimes demo my interactive web programming from my laptop, old Win98 was fine but the new laptop with Windows XP is a big question.
