WinME logo screen during boot up/down

Help! I somehow inadverdantly must have replaced the splash screen (WinME logo when you boot up and down) with a scanned picture. Now when I boot up or down it displays this picture. The logo shows for a second when I first boot up but then goes to the picture, and when I shut down that is all it shows. Does anyone know the name of this file or how I might find the original and replace/fix it? (it wouldn’t be so bad but it’s not even my picture, I scanned it for a friend!)
