Winnt 40 will NOT install!!!

I have been trying tro set up Winnt 40 Workstation on a 2.4Gb hardDrive. When running the MS Dos installation part all seems well, but when running the second part of it, I am told that Setup is unable to find the temporary files that were created in the first part of installation.
