\winnt\system32\imagehlp.dll

My NT server 4.0 boot with the following error message:
Initialization of the Dynamic link library
D:\winnt\system32\imagehlp.dll
failed the process is terminating abnormally.

I then get a blank destop (No icons).

Any suggestions?
