Wireless Broadband not working

Setup: Windows XP Home Edition – HP EN1207D-TX PCI/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter. Breeze Access Broadband Wireless setup. Basically, everything seems to be hooked up correctly and seems to send packets, but not recieve them. I’ve tried uninstalling andreinstalling the NIC, tried different CAT5 cables,deleted my dialup account. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas whatsoever would be appreciated.(Waiting to hear from my ISP)More details available if you need them.
