wireless problem linksys befw11p1

I cannot get my wireless pc card to work, when you go through the whole install process it comes up at the end cannot find the file specified. I have windows xp and have tried to use the 2000 driver and have downloaded the xp driver but they both come up the same way at the end.The 2000 driver I am getting off their cd the xp driver I installed on my c drive. for 2000 driver I specify linksys (d:) then wpc11,win2000,cw10 which is file their looking for.
