wl32dll.dll

My boss was running a virus scan on his pc at home at it stopped on C:\CABS\win98_58.CAB\wl32dll.dll. I was going to suggest downloading this dll and replacing the existing one, is this feasible. Is there any downside to doing this? Any other reccomendations?
