WMV

My pc was hijacked and now sites I used to visit are not available to me. It was XUPITER.COM, I have some control now but I can only view sites that have videos marked WMV, any other type, like mp or avi or any type I keep getting a message stating that the server can’t be located. I have gone into settings and tried to go back to default but still no luck. Can anyone help?
