Won’t Boot after install

I installed Windows 95 on my old PC and now my monitor is blank or black screen. The PC comes on, the keyboard lights up, the screen light turns green and then amber. There is one beep. I cannot get into the bios or dos to take 95 back off. What canI do to cure this. It worked fine until it had to do a restart when I was installing 95.
