A customer called me the other day complaining that whenever she saved a document, the next time she opened it, a bunch of nonesense appeared before and after her typed words. I told her to delete the normal.dot file but that did not solve the problem. Here is the text of a sample file she emailed me. The only thing she actually typed was “This is a test.” Any ideas would be appreciated.
