Wrong toolbar icons, Word problem

Here’s the situation: A new install (proprietary image) of an NT 4 machine on a Novell network. It was reimaged because of problems with Word. After the install, the client is still having problems with Word (wwintl32.dll) even after a repush of Office and the icons for all of the programs on the toolbar are wrong, but the tool tips show the correct programs. If you log in under a different profile, there is no problem. I replaced the .dll, now it says the application (Word) failed to initialize. Any suggestions?
